In an “Images in Obstetrics” article published in March 2016, 3 of the 4 figures were numbered incorrectly.

The correct numbering is as follows: Figure 1 remains Figure 1. What was labeled as Figure 4 should be Figure 2. What was labeled as Figure 2 should be Figure 3. What was labeled as Figure 3 should be Figure 4.

In the text of the article, under the subheading “Case reports,” Figure 1 was accurately cited at the end of the first paragraph. The renumbered figures should be cited as follows:

A citation for Figure 2 should be inserted at the end of the second paragraph. The citation for Figure 3 replaces the existing citation for Figure 2 at the end of the second line of the third paragraph. The citation for Figure 4 replaces the existing citation for Figure 3 on the fourth line of the fourth paragraph. The citation for Figure 4 that appears at the end of the fourth paragraph should be removed.
