41: Characterizing women in the U.S. with acute and recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis and their unmet needs
Objectives
To identify differences in characteristics and attitudes of women with recurrent VVC and acute VVC (mild, moderate/severe) and assess unmet needs.
Methods
478 U.S. women (18-59 y) participated in a 30-min online survey. Screening used standard VVC/RVVC definitions. Women must have visited a physician and been treated for a yeast infection in past 12 mo.
