Articles in Press: Klitzman RL, Sauer MV. Kamakahi vs ASRM and the future of compensation for human eggs. Am J Obstet Gynecol 2015;213:186-7.

A “Viewpoint” article published correctly in the August 2015 issue had appeared at ajog.org earlier, as an Article in Press, with an important word inadvertently omitted. Because the absence of that word represented the opposite of the authors’ opinion, they wish to correct the record for readers of the earlier version.

In the final section of the paper, under the heading “Moving forward,” the first sentence accurately reads: “The ultimate outcome of this lawsuit remains unclear, and we suggest that judges not support the plaintiff and that policy makers, providers, lawyers, judges, and others attend closely to these issues.” In the Articles in Press version, “not” was missing.
