Clinical Findings: Diagnosis is usually based on history and physical exam.
(a)
History:
(i)
Lump in neck, may increase in size.
(ii)
Intermittent clear drainage from neck.

Physical:
(i)
Small sinus opening or cyst palpable along the anterior border of the sternocleidomastoid or posterior border of parotid.
(ii)
Non-tender, unless currently infected.
