PREGNANCY SUMMARY

No reports describing the use of cabazitaxel in human pregnancy have been located. Animal data in two species suggest risk at exposures much less than human exposures, but the absence of human pregnancy experience prevents a better assessment of the embryo–fetal risk. Such experience is unlikely because the drug is indicated for the treatment of prostate cancer. However, it might be used off-label for other neoplasms.
